My name is Roxanne, and I love to bake personal, homemade cakes that bring a little extra bit of joy to your occasions. I make all my cakes and other sweets from scratch using real butter and free range eggs so that they taste as good as they look!
Many of my recipes are almost 100 years old.

Šakotis/Raguolis/Sękacz/Tree Cake – Lithuanian spit cake with spikes and cross-section of the cake also resembles the rings of a tree trunk. Made of butter, cream, flour, sugar, eggs.
