Payment information:
A non – refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking and secure the date, with the balance due 2 weeks before collection, if another payment method not agreed to prior booking. Full payment of your order is required prior to delivery. Allergens Most of my recipes does include free-range eggs, dairy, gluten and nuts.
Because I bake in my home kitchen where I use these ingredients, I can’t guarantee my cakes don’t have allergens present even if your particular cake recipe doesn’t include them.
Changes and cancellations:
Regrettably, I m not be able to offer any refund if a cake / other sweets order is cancelled later than two weeks prior to delivery/postage or collection. Orders and dates are not secured unless a deposit has been paid. Changes to order If you place the order and decide that you would subsequently like to make some changes, please get in touch with me via email or telephone within 24 hours of placing your order and I do my best to accommodate them. Unfortunately, changes made outside of this time period cannot be accommodated. Any changes to your order within two full weeks prior to the delivery/postage/ collection date may incur a fee to cover the reworking of the cake design and/or loss of work already completed on the order.
Designs:
Design Each cake/ other sweets is handmade to order and therefore minor variations to colours and decorations can occur in designs.
Delivery/Collection methods:
Delivery Delivery is available, starting from £1/mile, and depend on distance. Most of the sweets I can post with the courier ( postage fees pays customer). Otherwise, you’re welcome to pick your orders up from my home in Coalville (LE67) Unless delivery is organised, I’m not responsible for any damage to your cake/other sweets after the cake/ other sweets has left my premises by collection or postage. The time of your delivery will be confirmed the day before the date of your delivery. If no ones is present to receive delivery of order at the delivery address you have provided to me, I m will take your order back and retain it for 24 hours during which time you may telephone me to either arrange for personal collection or for delivery by me within 24 hours ( subject to delivery availability) upon payment of a further delivery charge.
